Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Salary range (but not limited to):

We are looking for
Operations and Planning Business Analysts to join our growing team!
What you’ll do here:

  • Provide proactive coordination and administrative support to PMs and leadership, including workshop/meeting prep, consolidating outcomes, driving follow-ups, and supporting team engagement activities.
  • Document requirements obtained from the business community using defined templates.
  • Analyze information obtained from various sources, detail the high-level view, and provide users with recommendations to their problems.
  • Conduct analysis and develop comparisons/summaries to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist team in improving productivity and reducing risks and high costs through effective analysis.
  • Identify the need for change to assess and communicate the impacts.
  • Ensure the link between the business units, the technology teams, and the support team.
  • Support the Quality Assurance team during Test Planning and Execution

What you bring to the table:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Strategy, Project Management, or anything relevant; 
  • Highly develop analytical skills facilitating problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to cope with change effectively.
  • Client-oriented.
  • Must have demonstrated initiative and autonomy.
  • Skills for time and priority management.
  • Can manage multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • Team spirit.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Experience in Functional analysis.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge in micro-computing (word processing, spreadsheets).
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry (asset)
  • Available 35 hours a week from January 4 to April 23, 2027
  • Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next semester following your internship
