About the Role

We’re looking for a collaborative and client-focused professional to join our team as an Onboarding Project Manager. In this role, you will lead the seamless onboarding of new clients and programs into Element’s ecosystem. You will oversee project planning, communication, and execution to ensure onboarding is completed on time, within scope, and aligned with both client expectations and internal operational standards. This position plays a critical role in creating a smooth transition for clients and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new clients and existing clients on new programs.

  • Customize and manage project plans outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources.

  • Establish success criteria and monitor progress to ensure timely, in-scope delivery.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.

  • Facilitate project meetings, updates, and expectation-setting conversations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness.

  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and recommend process improvements.

  • Deliver training sessions and maintain documentation to support onboarding.

  • Track, analyze, and report on project status, milestones, and KPIs.

  • Perform additional tasks and participate in special projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or implementation within a service or operations environment.

  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and leading through change.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and client partnership skills.

  • Ability to operate with independence and sound judgment in complex situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred-; MBA preferred.

  • Experience in fleet management, leasing, or financial services.

  • Familiarity with PMI project governance standards.

  • PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within six months.

  • Experience leading process improvements and change initiatives.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with ability to anticipate risks.

Location Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300–$104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location
