Who We Are

At KEV, we help school districts eliminate the school finance blind spot. Our platform gives district finance teams real-time visibility and traceability into every dollar collected at the school level - whether it's cash, cheque, or digital. From field trips to fundraisers, we help them manage every dollar with confidence. More than 27,000 schools across North America trust KEV to manage over $8 billion annually. By unifying payments, accounting, and reporting, KEV simplifies life for bookkeepers, builds trust with parents, and gives finance leaders the oversight their current systems cannot. It's how we help schools stay compliant, reduce risk, and focus on what matters most, student success.

Backed by Five Arrows, the PE arm of Rothschild & Co., KEV is investing more than ever to support K-12 in a world of tighter budgets, rising scrutiny, and fast-changing tech. We're headquartered in Toronto, with offices across North America.

If you're excited by the idea of building tech that protects schools, empowers finance teams, and improves education through better systems, KEV is the place for you.

This is a contract role that will end December 31st, 2026 and is for an active vacancy.

About the Role

This is a hands on, high visibility contract role that keeps KEV's offices running and its people supported while we grow. You'll be the person everyone counts on for the day-to-day — the reason meetings start on time, the kitchen is never empty, visiting teams feel looked after, and two brand-new offices open without a hitch.

Reporting to the Office & Employee Experience Manager, you'll own office operations across our Toronto locations and help keep the experience consistent for on-site and remote KEVites alike.

Why this role exists: as KEV scales, this is the day-to-day layer that keeps everything running smoothly. When it works well, the whole team is freed up to build programs and improve the employee experience.

How you'll contribute

  • Own the day-to-day. Keep offices clean, stocked, and running — supplies, snacks, kitchen, and general upkeep.
  • Be the go-to. Field employee requests related to the office and resolve them quickly and warmly.
  • Coordinate vendors. Manage cleaning, coffee, maintenance, and deliveries end to end.
  • Run the logistics. Handle room setup, catering, and materials for meetings and events.
  • Support the team. Provide reliable admin support for leadership and visiting teams.
  • Stand up new spaces. Help open and set up new office locations.
  • Create consistency. Keep the office experience aligned across all locations and for remote employees.

Who you are

  • You've kept a busy workplace running and genuinely enjoy being the person who makes things work.
  • You're organized and detail-oriented — nothing slips, and you build simple systems so it stays that way.
  • You manage vendors and logistics with confidence, and you treat budgets and deadlines as your own.
  • You're calm under pressure and great at triaging competing requests without dropping the ball.
  • You're warm, responsive, and service-minded — people trust you to look after them.
  • You spot ways to make things more consistent and better, and you act on them.
  • Nice to have: experience supporting multiple offices, opening new spaces, or working in a fast-growing company.

What We Offer

  • Meaningful benefits– Because your well-being matters; both at work and at home.
