Lead product operations and delivery across Payments, SchoolCash Accounting, or Fundraising. Build scalable processes, tooling, and reporting; partner with engineering, product marketing, and GTM teams; apply AI and automation to improve workflows and operational efficiency, capacity planning, and execution tracking.

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will develop customer marketing programs to drive revenue, enhance advocacy, and improve retention. Responsibilities include executing campaigns, building advocacy programs, and tracking key metrics to assess performance. Collaboration with the Account Management and Product Marketing teams is essential.

Lead end-to-end design for ePay and adjacent payment products: run discovery and user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and accessible UI for web and mobile, produce specs, evolve the design system, and partner with PMs, engineers, security, and stakeholders to deliver and iterate on complex financial workflows.

Lead KEV's product organization for accounting, financial assurance, and payments. Set multi-year strategy and roadmap, build and coach product/design/ops teams, drive reliability, compliance, UX, monetization, and data/AI product initiatives while aligning exec stakeholders and partnering with Engineering and GTM to scale the multi-product SaaS platform.

As Director of Pricing, you will design and manage KEV's pricing strategy, build financial models, lead pricing analysis, and develop governance processes while collaborating with multiple departments to support revenue growth.

The Implementation Consultant will lead customer software implementations, ensuring satisfaction while training users and applying project management principles. Responsibilities include collaborating with departments and managing onboarding processes for KEV software.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and scale KEV's SaaS platform, contributing to both frontend and backend development while ensuring system reliability and security for financial transactions.
