Own functional, regression, exploratory, API, and end-to-end testing for a SaaS platform. Build and maintain Playwright and Selenium automation frameworks, validate REST APIs and backend data with Postman and SQL, integrate tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, analyze failures, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

Cultivate prospective client relationships, research targets, identify decision makers, generate qualified leads, conduct outbound prospecting, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead-generation campaigns, communicate KEV’s value proposition, document activities in Salesforce, follow up with prospects, and provide feedback on messaging, customer needs, and competitive insights.

The Senior Data Analyst will design and optimize queries and data pipelines, analyze product usage, and create dashboards and reports tracking adoption, engagement, and revenue. The role applies statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning to uncover trends and inform product, marketing, and customer success strategies. Responsibilities include partnering cross-functionally with Product Management and Account Management, conducting ad hoc analyses, and delivering recommendations to increase payment revenue and product growth.
