Own the full sales cycle for schools and small to mid-sized districts, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, qualification, negotiation, closing, pipeline management, and forecasting. The representative will generate outbound opportunities, manage inbound leads, navigate K-12 procurement processes, maintain Salesforce accuracy, and partner with Revenue Marketing on demand conversion and larger opportunities.

Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, API, database, and automated testing for a SaaS platform. Build and maintain Playwright and Selenium frameworks, validate REST APIs and transactional data, integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, analyze failures, track defects, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

Owns end-to-end product design for complex financial workflows, from discovery, research, and concept testing through accessible web and mobile delivery. Responsibilities include UX/UI design, prototyping, usability testing, design specifications, design-system contribution, stakeholder collaboration, and post-launch iteration using feedback, analytics, and data. The role partners with Product, Engineering, customers, security, compliance, and leadership in a B2B SaaS environment.
