THE ROLE 

As our Administrative Assistant / Office Manager, you are the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly. You will own key administrative functions, streamline office operations, coordinate travel, and help create a vibrant, organized workplace. You will have the autonomy to take charge, build efficiencies, and drive improvements across office management and team coordination.

You’ll report directly to the Manager of People & Culture, while also working closely with leaders across the company.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own & Manage all office operations—keep things running efficiently with minimal oversight.
  • Anticipate Needs—ensure supplies are stocked, systems are optimized, and the team has everything they need.
  • Plan & Execute high-impact company events, from leadership offsites to all-team socials.
  • Streamline Processes—identify bottlenecks and implement smarter, faster ways to get things done.
  • Lead Vendor Management—coordinate with property managers, cleaners, and other key service providers.
  • Be the First Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Coordinate Business Travel—manage logistics for employee travel and corporate events.
  • Support the People Team—assist with onboarding, training coordination, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Tackle Ad-Hoc Projects—jump in where needed and own your work with confidence.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of administrative or office management experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset—someone who takes initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with employees and external partners
  • Comfortable using Slack, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and Excel
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive company information
