Job Responsibilities:

The Office Management Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Magna International’s corporate offices in Aurora, Ontario. This position reports directly to the Office Management Coordinator.

Your Responsibilities

  • Salary Range: $45,000 - $58,000 annually
  • Immediate, open position
  • Provide professional front‑lobby coverage, welcoming employees, visitors, clients, and executives.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, deliveries, and invoice processing.
  • Order, distribute, and maintain inventory of office supplies; ensure all shared areas remain stocked and organized.
  • Maintain tidy and efficient mailroom, storage, and photocopy areas.
  • Collaborate with the Office and Property Manager and liaise with Health & Safety as needed.
  • Support special projects, administrative tasks, and foster positive relationships with tenants and coworkers.
