We’re building an innovative National Accounts team that’s redefining how advisors are onboarded and supported across the country and we’re looking for a dynamic New Business Coordinator to join us.
This newly created role is your opportunity to help shape and elevate the advisor experience from day one. You’ll take ownership of the onboarding journey, ensuring every step, from registration and code creation to asset transfers, communication, and system setup, is handled with precision and care.
As a key member of the National Accounts team, you’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and advisors to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that reflects our commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and partnership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Coordinate all phases of advisor onboarding and transition, ensuring timelines and service standards are met.
  • Facilitate registration, licensing, and code creation while ensuring accurate setup in business systems.
  • Oversee asset and account transfers, tracking progress and verifying data accuracy.
  • Communicate proactively with advisors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to provide updates and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and tracking in workflow and CRM systems.
  • Identify and escalate potential bottlenecks, applying problem-solving skills to maintain service flow.
  • Support system access setup, permissions, and testing.
  • Assist in reporting, data maintenance, and administrative support for National Accounts initiatives.
  • Assist in other operational tasks as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in an operational, administrative, or client service capacity.
  • Proven ability to solve problems independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Attention to detail, customer service focused, organizational skills, and professional communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in advisor transitions, new account setups.
  • Knowledge of asset transfer processes and financial systems preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and workflow tools.
  • Proactive, and adaptable to ongoing change.
  • Interest in process improvement or operational optimization initiatives.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
