Network Operations Intern

About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking a Wireless Networks Co-op intern to join the Canada team based in Toronto. This team plays a major role in deploying radio network products for 5G for our diverse customer base - including Tier 1 Communications Service Providers (CSPs), regional operators, utilities, government entities, and channel partners. The variety of customers this team serves creates a dynamic environment with exposure to different types of businesses and a wide range of challenges and learning opportunities. This is an internship position.
What you will do:
• Support Program Directors and Project Managers with deployment projects under execution by Ericsson network operations team in Canada.• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support continued business growth• Drive digitalization initiatives by implementing new tools that improve the customer experience and streamline internal workflows. • Help automate project reporting, manage project milestones and day to day tasks related to network operations.
The skills you bring:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, science, or telecommunications• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities• Experience in Power BI• A process-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach• Excellent communication skills; experience in customer management is an asset• Ability to manage and coordinate across multiple stakeholders• Relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently• Project management skills and business acumen• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros• Coding or programming experience (an asset)• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to team goals
