What You Will Get To Do

  • Increase sales for the portfolio for your respective businesses 
  • Prepare and present business plans
    • Initiate and champion line review process
    • Initiate account promotional planning
    • Merchandising co-development and execution
    • Accurate tracking of sales call performance vs forecast
    • Monthly sales results and outlook
    • Build and execute ecom strategy
  • Responsible for account P&L measurements
    • Top line sales
    • Standard Gross Margin
    • Promotional Investments
    • Warranty
    • Controllable expenses
    • Co-op and VR negotiations
  • Account ownership
    • Account key contact and ownership of meetings
    • Partnership with Channel Managers to execute business plan
    • Forecasting ownership (unit detail/sales call reconciliation)
    • Collaboration with Accounts Forecast and Replenishment teams
    • Track and analyze POS results
    • Liaise with corresponding U.S. Sales Teams

Who You Are

  • College or University graduate with degree or diploma in Business or another relevant field of study
  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing with a record of demonstrated achievement and leadership, strong team player
  • Creativity and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of basic financial concepts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-Motivated with the ability to work well independently
  • Strong organizational and time management/multi-tasking skills
  • Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

What You Get

  • Anticipated compensation for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 in annual base salary.  Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 25% of salary.  All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives.  Bonuses are not guaranteed.
