About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile and creatively driven Motion Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team at Razer. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we visually communicate the Razer brand across digital platforms — from fast-paced motion graphics for social campaigns to compelling brand stories that resonate with gamers worldwide.

This role sits within the Brand & Motion vertical of Razer Gold’s Global Marketing team, where creativity meets strategy to deliver high-impact content that speaks the language of esports, tech, and lifestyle gaming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics and animated content for campaigns, social media, OOH, product launches, and offline events.

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to bring creative briefs to life — through storyboards, style frames, and original motion concepts.

  • Execute both global and regional marketing requests, adapting or localizing assets where necessary.

  • Design static assets and key visuals to support integrated campaigns (approx. 30% of workload).

  • Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all motion and static outputs.

  • Say ahead of motion design trends, tools, plugins, and animation techniques with a strong sense of timing, composition, and rhythm.

  • Deliver projects within tight timelines and manage your workflow independently or in collaboration with teammates.

  • Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to elevate the creative standard across Razer’s platforms.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-3+ years of motion design experience, ideally within a creative agency, in-house brand, or gaming/tech environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Solid understanding of 2D animation, video editing, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to handle multiple deadlines across global campaigns.

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively while executing designs within brand guidelines.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with esports, gaming, or tech lifestyle brands.

  • Familiarity with design principles, transitions, or syncing visuals to music and VO.

  • Knowledge of AI creative tools and how they can speed up or elevate content creation.

  • Knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) and how to integrate 3D elements into motion projects.

  • Knowledge and interest in short-form video production (15-60s).

  • A strong portfolio that showcases storytelling, branding, and a gamer’s sensibility.

Why Join Us?

At Razer, we don’t just make cutting-edge gaming hardware and software. We build a lifestyle that unites millions of gamers worldwide. If you speak fluent “GG” and know how to create motion content that captures the thrill of the game, we want to hear from you.
