We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Lead to join our team.
In this role, you’ll lead and support the AR team, ensuring processes run smoothly, debtors are managed effectively, and customer interactions remain positive. You’ll also take ownership of AR systems and reporting, provide coaching and development for your team, and work closely across the business to resolve issues and improve workflows.

Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Understanding of the telco industry

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar commercial environment

  • Experience leading and supporting team members within an accounts environment

  • Strong computer skills and systems literacy

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems, with experience in NetSuite and strong Excel skills preferred

  • Ability to manage debtors and apply collections policies

  • Confident handling difficult conversations and building relationships

  • Clear communicator with strong time, workflow, and organisational skills

  • Problem-solver who can work independently, collaborate with others, and adapt quickly

How will you support our “Why?”

  • Guide and mentor Accounts Receivable officers through coaching, performance tracking, and professional development

  • Own AR systems, processes, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity

  • Manage aged debtor reporting, escalations, and monthly write-offs

  • Monitor collection performance, identify risks or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements

  • Oversee day-to-day collections activity while maintaining a strong customer experience

  • Act as escalation point for complex account issues and disputes

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and support reconciliation and ad-hoc AR tasks
