  • Partner with analytics to design and execute pricing and incentive experiments (A/B, pre-post, quasi-experimental), including hypothesis framing, success metrics, and guardrails.

  • Build and apply pricing models (elasticity, pricing impact analysis, demand forecasting) to inform rate card changes and promotional strategies

  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problem statements and decision frameworks

  • Deliver actionable insights using quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate pricing performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitive dynamics

  • Develop data-backed recommendations on pricing activities, including rate card updates and promotions, based on customer needs, product features, and market benchmarks

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to communicate insights clearly and support execution of pricing and monetization initiatives

  • Support growth of focus categories through tailored buyer- and seller-side monetization strategies, including promotions, incentives, and targeted levers

Skills & Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have had exposure to a pricing role at some point in their career and would need to demonstrate versatility in their career.

  • Experience in marketplace businesses strongly preferred; alternatively, experience in retail or marketing-driven environments with C2C and B2C pricing exposure

  • Background in revenue management and pricing of services, including experience supporting or owning fee and rate card design

  • Proven ability to own key metrics, independently drive analysis, and deliver outcomes on complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on proficiency in SQL, Excel, and presentation tools (PowerPoint or Google Slides)

  • Solid understanding of elasticity concepts, fee structures, discounts, and incentive mechanisms

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities

  • Comfortable working through ambiguity, applying structured thinking to loosely defined problems

  • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-backed insights and storytelling

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to integrate analytical rigor with commercial judgment, balancing customer experience and business impact
