About us

We’re a tight-knit team of creative, data-driven people, continuously building services and partnering with the world’s largest brands. We value great work with talented, innovative and driven people, making meaningful connections with like-minded creatives along the way.

If you’re someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and wants to make a real impact, we’d love to meet you!

The Role

The Mid-Level Creative Project Manager independently leads standard-to-moderately complex Creative, UGC and Influencer Marketing projects and defined workstreams within larger client programs. They turn briefs and SOWs into clear delivery plans, coordinate creator-driven workflows and cross-functional teams, and maintain strong day-to-day client communication from kick-off through closeout.

This role owns project delivery within an established program structure. The Mid-Level PM is expected to make sound day-to-day decisions, anticipate common risks and resolve routine delivery challenges independently, while escalating higher-impact scope, budget, resource or relationship risks to a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager when needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Independently manage standard-to-moderately complex Creative, UGC and Influencer Marketing projects or clearly defined workstreams for assigned clients.

  • Translate briefs and SOWs into practical project plans, timelines, milestones, responsibilities and delivery requirements.

  • Serve as the day-to-day client-facing point of contact for assigned projects and workstreams, communicating progress, decisions, risks and next steps clearly.

  • Manage projects end-to-end across briefing, planning, creator/influencer workflows, production, reviews, approvals, delivery and closeout.

  • Own project timelines, scope, budget tracking, dependencies and risks, taking action on routine issues and escalating material concerns early.

  • Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, Account Management and creator-facing teams to keep work aligned and moving effectively.

  • Source, onboard and coordinate external partners, creators and influencers where required, ensuring expectations and deliverables are clear.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, workflow tools, status reporting and budget information so clients and internal teams have reliable visibility.

  • Build trusted client relationships through responsive communication, dependable delivery and thoughtful expectation management.

  • Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and contribute practical ideas, learnings and templates to the wider PM team.

  • Support Junior Project Managers through day-to-day guidance, context-sharing and constructive feedback when working on the same engagement.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in Project, Production, Program or Account Management within creative, marketing, agency or content-production environments, with demonstrated ownership of client-facing delivery.

  • Hands-on experience managing Creative, UGC or Influencer Marketing projects is strongly preferred; experience coordinating creator-led or high-volume content workflows is particularly valuable.

  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables within agreed scope and budget parameters.

  • Strong client-facing communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to run status conversations, manage expectations and communicate risks clearly.

  • Working knowledge of project planning, scope management, budget tracking, dependency management and risk escalation.

  • Comfortable operating within established processes while using sound judgement to adapt when project needs change.

  • Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.

  • Collaborative and confident coordinating across creative, strategic, media and client-facing teams.

  • Familiarity with project and workflow-management tools such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp or Smartsheet.
