Produces short- and long-form edits, motion graphics, thumbnails, and ad variants; maintains brand consistency, builds reusable templates, iterates from performance data, and mentors juniors by example while meeting high-volume, fast-turnaround KPIs.

The Head of Performance Creative will lead and develop creative strategies, manage a team, and drive performance creative output across various formats and channels, focusing on UGC and video.

Lead creative quality and strategy across social production, ensuring high standards from storyboard to final ad. Bridge strategy and production, run pre-production alignment, build review frameworks and checklists, codify ad examples and trends, provide actionable feedback, support VIP client creative relationships, and represent the studio externally. Maintain platform intelligence on TikTok and Meta and integrate AI tools into ideation and research.
