You as a Microsoft Copilot and AI Specialist will:

  • Administer Microsoft Copilot and related enterprise AI services, including configuration, access, feature readiness, operational support and coordination with security, privacy, compliance and Microsoft 365 stakeholders.
  • Support the evaluation and potential administration of other approved enterprise AI tools, such as Claude or Gemini, as organizational needs evolve.
  • Continuously research new Microsoft Copilot and enterprise AI capabilities, product changes, limitations, risks and emerging practices; translate findings into clear recommendations and practical use cases.
  • Develop and deliver demonstrations, workshops, enablement sessions, guidance materials and other educational content for employees, leaders and business teams.
  • Partner with users and stakeholders to understand work processes, identify opportunities, and recommend whether a need should be addressed through AI, automation, an agent, an existing platform capability, or process redesign.
  • Design, configure, test and maintain low-code/no-code agents using approved enterprise AI tools, with a primary focus on Microsoft Copilot capabilities and agent-building experiences.
  • Identify and document repeatable agent use cases, patterns, guardrails and lifecycle practices that support safe, scalable and sustainable adoption.
  • Provide user-facing support and coaching that explains AI capabilities, limitations and responsible usage in clear, practical language.
  • Monitor adoption, user feedback, service health and emerging issues; provide timely communications, reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Work cooperatively across IT Operations and business teams to support enterprise AI governance, change management and continuous improvement.
  •  Support the development and continuous improvement of enterprise AI governance, responsible-use guidance, standards and support processes.
  • Participate in assessments of new enterprise AI products, features, integrations and vendor capabilities.
  • Help identify risks related to data access, oversharing, inappropriate use, unsupported business decisions and unclear ownership of AI-generated outputs.
  • Create clear documentation for administrators, support teams, agent makers and end users.
  • Assist with pilots, proofs of concept and structured adoption initiatives while ensuring solutions remain aligned with approved enterprise platforms and controls.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and Microsoft representatives as required.

This is the right role for you if:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365, enterprise technology, digital workplace, business analysis, technology adoption, automation, AI enablement or related field.
  • Practical experience supporting enterprise users and translating technical capabilities into understandable business guidance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform or comparable enterprise low-code/no-code technologies are strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with the ability to learn and evaluate new capabilities quickly.
  • Working knowledge of low-code/no-code agent creation, agent use-case design, testing, knowledge grounding and lifecycle considerations.
  • Ability to assess business processes and distinguish appropriate uses of generative AI, deterministic automation, workflow tools and human judgment.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence educating both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to communicate AI limitations, risks and responsible-use expectations without creating unnecessary complexity for end users.
  • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to consult, coach and build trust across different work groups.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Purview, Entra ID or Power Platform governance is an asset.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI products outside the Microsoft ecosystem, including Claude or Gemini, is an asset.
