Cox Communications is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator with extensive experience in development, focusing on Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and platform automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PowerShell, Teams, ServiceNow, and Coreview, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions that enhance our digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline and optimize Microsoft 365 services.
  • Design and deploy solutions within Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage and configure ServiceNow and Coreview platforms to support business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define software architecture, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide Tier III support for Microsoft 365 services, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring compliance with security and compliance standards.
  • Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and related technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our digital workplace.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years' experience in a related field
  • Good understanding with Microsoft platform technologies is required
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and Coreview.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment


MUST HAVES:

  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience working i n Enterprise sized environments.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to Microsoft 365 services.


USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
