Develops and executes integrated marketing programs and initiatives that support business and partnership objectives. Collaborates across teams and channels to deliver effective, on-brand customer and partner experiences that drive engagement and business growth.

How you will create impact: 
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives aligned with business and partnership objectives, to achieve KPIs and drive growth.
  • Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into actionable campaign plans, tactics and channel recommendations.
  • Manage B2B2C marketing campaigns and initiatives, including partner promotions and contests, from planning through execution.
  • Determine content and creative requirements based on campaign objectives, develop briefs, and partner with internal and external teams to deliver effective, on-brand marketing.
  • Develop select marketing content and copy, including email and digital communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to manage campaign execution, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign and partner performance against established KPIs, identifying quantitative and qualitative insights and opportunities to optimize results, strengthen engagement and drive program growth.
To join our team:  
  •  3-5 years of experience in partner/member marketing OR
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B2C, or digital marketing
  • Post secondary education in business, marketing or a relevant field
  • Knowledge of digital and integrated marketing principles and strategy
  • Ability to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into actionable campaigns and tactics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance and use insights to inform recommendations and optimize results
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply creative problem-solving to overcome challenges and identify effective marketing solutions

Salary information​

Expected salary $60,574.00 to $100,956.00 CAD

Salary placement​

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.​

Incentive/Variable pay ​

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
