Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content & Brand Communications
Plan and publish content across WeChat, RED, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create content around promotions, brand partnerships, and campaign activities to increase brand visibility and user engagement.

Paid Media & Channel Management
Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Apple Ads, RED, Newsletter, Google Ads, video platforms, and other channels. Monitor performance, produce analysis reports, continuously improve ROI and conversion results, and develop monthly, quarterly, and annual channel strategies.

Integrated Marketing Campaign Execution
Support the planning of major on-site promotional campaigns and integrated marketing projects. Be responsible for cross-platform communication planning and execution, and work closely with product, content, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

User Growth & Acquisition
Participate in the development of online and offline user growth strategies. Optimize conversion paths and user onboarding processes, and use data analysis to improve user retention and conversion performance.

Customer & Community Support
Communicate with users and collect feedback through platforms such as WeChat. Help maintain brand communities, KOL relationships, and core user engagement, while also supporting day-to-day communication with partners and event collaborators.

Creative & Content Production Support
Use tools such as CapCut, Photoshop, Canva, and Meitu to create basic visual assets. Support the production of event materials, posters, roll-up banners, social media visuals, and short-form video content.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or a related field. Outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Familiar with the operation of social media platforms such as WeChat, RED, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Experience or knowledge in paid media, user growth, or data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, execution ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, internet, content platforms, or offline events is preferred.

2026 Compliance, Compensation & Benefits  

  • Salary Range (Ontario):

The expected base salary for the North York position is $39,000 - $42,000 CAD per annum, depending on skills and functional experience.
