What We’re Looking For
At SOTI, we’re looking for a Marketing Program Specialist who’s passionate about building programs that empower our channel partners and drive growth. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our Altitude Partner Program—managing key initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional, global teams, and turning insights into strategies that make a real difference.
What You’ll Do
Own the success of channel programs within the SOTI Altitude Program, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver results.
Become the go-to expert for your programs—understand them inside out and help others do the same.
Spot opportunities by conducting competitive research and identifying trends that keep us ahead of the curve.
Turn insights into action—streamline processes, boost partner engagement, and strengthen sales enablement offerings.
Drive improvements that make our programs scalable, efficient, and impactful for channel partners.
Keep everyone in the loop with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that highlight performance and progress.
Create compelling content—work with media teams to develop program materials for internal and external audiences.
Collaborate across the board with sales, marketing, legal, operations, and more to bring programs to life.
Lead engaging webinars that educate and inspire partners and internal teams.
Work in a hybrid environment (a mix of office and remote).
Experience You'll Bring
A degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience).
2–3 years of experience supporting marketing programs.
A knack for analyzing data and turning insights into strategies.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with an eye for detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish, hitting deadlines and quality standards.
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp (bonus points!) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
B2B marketing experience is preferred.
Experience in channel marketing or working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
Flexibility to join global calls when needed.
