Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the Commercial organization in the execution of go to market digital processes and campaigns. You are organized, detail-oriented and have a desire to dive deep into the marketing tech stack. You will work with closely with the demand generation, SaaS marketing and revenue operations teams, to execute on day-to-day tasks, support campaigns and operational programs.

You will report to the Manager, Marketing Operations Software and work in a hybrid environment from our Toronto, Ontario office location.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data integrity of source systems to support GTM (go to market) activity by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene.
  • Work cross functionally with the operations team to support incoming cases, ongoing process changes, and systems builds.
  • Benchmark and monitor campaign tracking and performance across the prospect and customer lifecycles, including MQLs, SQOs and velocity.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations, data and architecture teams on data hygiene, systems stability, enrichment and enhancements.
  • Follow through with the marketing team, ensure that projects are delivered on time and deadlines are met using project management solutions (ClickUp, Salesforce Work Manager).
  • Stay current with marketing automation best practices, industry standards and compliance.
  • Champion marketing automation best practices, including documentation, guidance, database governance and management, training, and enablement across varied functional teams.
  • Active participation in the agile methodology to manage marketing campaign support and infrastructure improvements to support the prospect and customer lifecycles.
  • Leveraging insights from platform-based reporting and new functionalities in the MarTech stack to enhance the campaign experience.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation or operations.
  • Experience building and executing on cross-channel marketing programs.
  • Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions.
  • Adobe Marketo Engage certification.
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, PathFactory, Drift, Google Analytics or similar software.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $63,120 - $94,680 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary.
