We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead our new business growth and nurture programmes. This role will be responsible for planning and executing  multi-channel marketing programmes for the North America region (including Canada) which will include field events, digital campaigns, content curation and ABM programmes. 


As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive growth across the Midmarket, Enterprise, and Independent agency segments. Your primary focus will be generating new business and increasing revenue while ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives. We are looking for a proactive team lead who is positive, organized, has excellent attention to detail, strong multi-tasker and has experience in building relationships with key commercials stakeholders and vendors.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in developing and executing field and digital marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, lead nurture programmes and pipeline growth in key regions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with regional business goals and support account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, media, and event vendors to maximize brand presence and lead generation.
  • Create localized marketing campaigns, content, and promotions tailored to specific markets and audience segments.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, campaign ROI, and lead conversion metrics to optimize future initiatives.
  • Work closely with product marketing, design, demand generation, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics for marketing activities.
  • Leverage digital channels, including email, paid media, and social, to amplify campaign reach and engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing opportunities to refine field marketing efforts.

Who you are:

  • 5-6  minimum years of b2b marketing and field marketing experience crafting and executing top-notch events and programs.
  • Experience planning and executing numerous industry and owned events for clients and prospects with stellar results.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellence in partnering with sales teams to drive revenue.
  • Creativity to develop impactful and engaging campaigns.
  • Proactive mindset and tenacity to deliver on the plan.
  • Ability to see the big picture while being detail-oriented. 
  • Team player and positive attitude.
  • Commercially driven.

Bonus points:

  • Industry experience in Media / Advertising Technology.
  • Experience with Builder IO, Salesforce, and Marketo systems.
