Position Overview:
ShyftLabs is looking for a Marketing Manager with 5+ years of versatile marketing experience, preferably in the Tech industry or with a SaaS company. This role will lead all marketing initiatives for ShyftLabs' data and technology consulting efforts, as well as the growth marketing strategy for our recently launched SaaS product.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead, strategize, and innovate, while also being hands on with blog writing, SEO optimization, paid ads campaigns, and content creation. Key areas of focus will include driving traffic, generating leads, and enhancing our online presence. You’ll work closely with the product, sales, and leadership teams to create and maximize paid ad campaigns, improve website performance, develop cohesive content marketing strategies, and oversee the company’s overall presence in the industry.

Job Responsiblities
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote both our consulting services and SaaS product.
- Develop and manage comprehensive paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn, while continually maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize website for improved user experience, conversion rates, and SEO performance.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Semrush and other tools to track user behaviour, improve site performance, and inform future marketing decisions.
- Lead the creation and publishing of high-quality blog posts, case studies, white papers, and other forms of informative content.
- Analyze market trends and consumer needs to tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to develop cohesive messaging and presentation.
- Manage social media platforms, corporate communications, and branding to ensure a cohesive public image.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team and foster a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ of versatile marketing experience, preferably in the Tech industry or with a SaaS company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on ROI optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, website optimization, and experience working with tools like Google Analytics and Semrush.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce and edit blog posts, articles, and visual content.
- A resourceful individual who can both take on and lead various marketing components as business needs require.
- A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A curious and innovative individual who is will to test new marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Tech industry, data and analytics, and retail media.
