🎭 Role

We're looking to hire a Marketing Lead, Customer success within our Marketing team. The telco industry landscape in Canada is evolving and we are looking for the best-in-class marketers with a winning, start-up and innovative mindset to help oxio pursue its fast growth and continue to be one of the most loved ISPs in Canada. Someone that will be responsible to build from the ground up innovative programs to improve our satisfaction score, a unifier around our customer journey and a marketer that will instill customer advocacy at oxio. Someone who has strong business acumen, collaborative mindset and that has experience in scaling-up an online business. In this role, you’ll need a transformational and intrapreneurial mindset with a drive to change the way it has always been in the telecom industry by bringing innovative marketing programs. 

You’ll be joining a team of 8 marketers.

📽 The job and what you’ll need to get it done.

  • You’ll play an active role in building base management strategies to reduce churn ;

  • You’ll be responsible for defining our loyalty and customer relationship approach, with a focus on profitable growth;

  • You’ll be in charge to renew, revamp and explore further opportunities of our referral program;

  • You’ll be responsible to enhance customer NPS and prioritize key customer journey improvement and influence digital/product/operation roadmap;

  • You’ll implement CX best practices so drive more automation and seamless experience, leveraging new techs; 

  • You’ll work closely with the Brand team to reinforce our value proposition with a customer base focus;

  • You’ll work closely with the partnership manager to develop co-programs to build long lasting relationships with our customers; 

  • Agile Marketing Leadership: Act as a key member of a cross-functional squad, contributing to the development and execution of agile marketing strategies that respond to market needs and customer feedback; 

  • Performance Tracking: Integrate with a test & learn approach marketing strategies and Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve ROI;

  • You’ll keep up to date with market developments, latest digital technologies and competitor strategies

🎖️ Qualifications

  • 10 years + of experience in a leadership marketing role / digital marketing 

  • Back ground: loyalty, CX retention & referral, strategic marketing manager role (business model, growth strategies, etc) 

  • Experience growing a digital brand and versatile profile

  • Ability to build and implement strategy E2E : we are a start -up with no hierarchy 

  • Data-driven, analytical and strategic thinking 

  • Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive market 

  • Comfortable in an agile environment
