We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Growth Marketing Lead to join our team starting in February 2025. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you will lead the ongoing development and execution of our digital marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong work ethic, analytical ability and passion for conversions and acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B digital marketing channels (including email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising) and strong leadership skills to manage a team of three direct reports.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategy across various channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and digital events
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to align growth marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Identify and test new customer acquisition channels, optimize existing campaigns, and measure performance to maximize ROI
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to track key metrics and generate data-driven insights
  • Effectively allocate budget across different channels and initiatives, track spending, and report on marketing performance to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in growth / performance marketing or demand generation role (B2B) with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and growth
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing measurement to optimize all stages of the funnel
  • Proven track record of communicating and collaborating effectively with Sales organizations
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and insights to an executive audience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage direct reports
  • High degree of proficiency with Salesforce CRM is a must
  • Experience with account-based intent and advertising platforms (e.g. Demandbase, Terminus, 6sense, Qualified) considered a strong asset

Security-Related Responsibilities

  • Compliance with Information Security Policies
  • Ensure access management is performed in compliance with the employee's role and responsibilities
  • Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures within the department/ team
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. $98,200$147,200 CAD
