Who you are

You are a technologically inclined individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to change, and are a fast learner. The Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Technology should have a high level of attention to detail and are a data-driven professional. The successful candidate will work on-site 4 days a week from our Toronto office at 181 Bay Street and 1 day a week in their home office.
 

In this role, you will

  • Receive and resolve tickets/inquiries for platforms that you will support

  • Activate/deactivate practice functionality based on practice needs

  • Onboard practices to technology/software for their Practice Management Software

  • Set up practices for call-tracking, including creation of call-trees and setting up IVR

  • Set up practice tracking via Google Tag Manager to support Google Analytics initiatives

  • Manage data accuracy for practice feature utilization

  • Support with manual data uploads to our data centre

  • Support with practice website projects

  • Support with digital/technical foundation projects

What we’re looking for

  • 1-3 years experience in a marketing role (or related)

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills, working cross-functionally and with teammates

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in French is an asset

  • Proficient technical knowledge, understanding, and acumen

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to track, report, and identify insights and opportunities through data

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
