Located in Mississauga, we are an industrial automation company providing software solutions and services to concrete companies across North America and the Caribbean. Our office culture is one that promotes teamwork and a healthy work-life balance.

MPAQ is seeking a marketing professional to define, set up and manage our digital marketing strategy. We are looking for a creative and motivated B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our team, someone able to manage projects from idea to execution. That includes everything from creating a project scope to working with development/design contractors and our own sales team to achieve our marketing goals.

This position is 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that incorporates website, search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Update and maintain the company website.
  • Liaise with external contractors and freelancers to execute marketing goals.
  • Analyze and report on marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to extract key insights for future campaigns. 
  • Support marketing activities related to company participation in trade shows and association events.
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (in marketing, business, or related field) or comparable work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans with a focus on digital marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management and decision making skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, ZOHO, SEO, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Ability to work independently, initiate projects, execute to completion and analyze metrics and results.

Preferred Skills (optional):

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design (experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or website editing tools.
