The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced and creative professional passionate about building long-term relationships with target audiences? We're looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in engaging with potential and existing audiences by creating and executing communication and marketing materials to increase brand awareness, reach more customers and better engage our existing clients. 

Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s voice to impress our customers and attract new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and manage email communications to existing and potential users and clients.

  • Monitor and optimize trigger emails from our platform, ensuring they deliver clear and effective messages.

  • Create engaging LinkedIn posts and articles to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.

  • Develop informative and user-friendly how-to articles, guiding users to maximize their use of our platform.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, and analytics, to optimize user acquisition and engagement strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing communications, with a strong writing background.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools.

  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience with online platform acquisition preferred

  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
