Campaign Management
- Develop campaign and webinar ideas that resonate with our buyers across CRM and iWave product segments (persona, pain‑point, and ‘jobs to be done’‑driven).
- Build campaign briefs and editorial calendars; validate topics with sales, customers, and market intel.
- Liaise with internal/external speakers and subject‑matter experts to execute on those topics (briefs, outlines, slide reviews, dry-runs).
- Produce and manage campaign assets: landing pages, emails (invite/confirm/reminders), social copy, paid ad copy, speaker decks, and post‑event resources (recordings, guides, recaps).
- Work with Corporate Marketing team to develop graphics as needed by the campaign.
- Own QA and brand compliance across all campaign touchpoints.
- Manage a top‑of‑funnel distribution engine with third‑party vendors/media partners, ensuring accurate placement and reporting.
- Manage promotion through owned channels (segmented email lists, social) and manage channel calendars.
- Help manage assets for digital advertising campaigns with our agency via platforms such as 6sense and paid social.
- Own operational logistics of webinars from end‑to‑end: platform setup, registration flows, dry runs, live moderation, polls, Q&A, recordings, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Ensure best-in-class attendee experience and on‑brand content delivery.
- Develop concise SDR messaging guides (talk tracks, objection handling, email/snippet packs) for campaign‑specific follow‑up. Liaise with SDRs, monitor and report on outcomes.
- Nurture contacts who are not yet ready through marketing automation (persona‑based tracks, behavioral triggers, timely content offers).
- Run persona‑targeted email nurtures designed to generate SQLs from our database.
- Manage database health and growth: increase total and marketable contacts month‑over‑month; maintain segmentation hygiene and deliverability.
- Enforce compliance (CASL/CAN‑SPAM/GDPR), permissions, and preference centers; oversee list imports/deduplication for external lists and events.
- Own campaign setup and attribution in HubSpot/Salesforce (UTM governance, Salesforce campaign management).
- Create Hubspot & Salesforce reports that report on campaign performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen with proven end-to-end ownership of inbound campaigns, including webinar programming and execution.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce (campaign setup, UTMs, member statuses, reporting) and Zoom webinar.
- Email marketing expertise: builds segmented, persona-based nurtures, manages deliverability, list hygiene; optimizes to CTR, MQL→SQL, and pipeline KPIs.
- Data-literate with real curiosity for insights: fluent in UTMs, funnel math (Lead to MQL to SQL), attribution hygiene, and diagnosing gaps.
- Strong copywriting and content packaging skills; able to brief/edit speakers and turn input into compelling assets.
- Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, and HubSpot CMS; comfortable making light HTML tweaks to emails/landing pages.
- Cross-functional collaborator with Brand, Sales/SDR, PMM, RevOps; strong communicator, sets clear SLAs and follows through.
- Forward-planning campaign management: builds realistic calendars, coordinates stakeholders, bakes in review cycles, and ships on time.
- QA-obsessive and brand-compliant: link/UTM testing, rendering checks, accessibility, and voice/tone consistency.
- Database health & compliance basics: list growth and hygiene; awareness of CASL/CAN-SPAM/GDPR .
