As a Marketing Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of cutting-edge neurosurgical technologies—supporting surgeons, driving product adoption, and helping improve patient outcomes across Canada. This is a hands-on, high-travel role ideal for someone eager to learn quickly, take initiative, and make a difference in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid in Ontario Canada, flexible in office hybrid schedule. Travel within Canada required.

What you will do:

  • You will develop and implement national product launches, product phase out and product support and maintenance
  • You will develop and manage a complete marketing program for the successful introduction, marketing and sale of the products
  • You will make recommendations regarding product improvements on existing products and on the feasibility of new product development
  • You will establish, monitor and manage product life cycles (forecasting) and set minimum and maximum levels for products within portfolio
  • You will develop education program opportunities including consulting contracts, agenda creation and one-on-one learning opportunities
  • You will represent the specific portfolio at regional, national and international conferences, meetings and symposia
  • You will develop strategic business plans to respond to trends and aggressively grow the specific portfolio
  • You will provide recommendations, strategic plans and insight to senior management regarding the specific portfolio and how to exceed market growth in that portfolio
  • You will provide support to the sales force through product information, in-service and trial support, troubleshooting, assistance with product information sessions, promotion of new products, and representation for the portfolio at industry conferences and Stryker sponsored events
  • You will manage the development and distribution of marketing materials and promotions for the specific portfolio and curriculum for educational initiatives
  • You will manage statistical sales reporting systems to provide market trend analysis reports

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred:

  • MBA preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Medical device or marketing experience is preferred

  


Canada Pay Ranges:

  • Canada: $62,600 - $83,450 CAD Annual

  


Travel Percentage: 50%
