Lead strategy, go-to-market, launches, and lifecycle management for connected healthcare products in Canada. Partner cross-functionally (medical, commercial, engineering, clinical) to define portfolio strategy, analyze market and customer insights, set pricing/positioning, establish metrics and forecasts, and build partnerships to drive adoption and growth of Smart Care digital solutions.

Manage short-term inventory and equipment requests for surgeries, demos, and trials. Maintain ERP records, coordinate shipments/returns, resolve order issues, track loaner assets, support urgent surgery needs, and train sales teams on inventory and logistics processes.

Support Operations quality by maintaining the Quality Management System per ISO/GMP/Canadian regulations. Act as QA contact for Operations, lead validation program activities, review NCs/CAPAs, implement QMS improvements, drive GMP and good documentation practices, develop quality KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders on projects and training.

Manage end-to-end loaner inventory for medical devices: receive, track, prepare, ship, and return kits. Maintain ERP records, perform inventory audits, prepare shipment documentation, handle kit maintenance, escalate discrepancies, ensure compliance, and support KPIs and continuous improvement to optimize turnaround and availability.

Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across Technical Service using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC and process mapping. Analyze processes, define KPIs, build dashboards, quantify financial impact, manage stakeholder communication, deliver training, and ensure sustained adoption of process changes.
