Partner cross-functionally (medical, commercial, engineering, clinical) to define portfolio strategy, analyze market and customer insights, set pricing/positioning, establish metrics and forecasts, and build partnerships to drive adoption and growth of Smart Care digital solutions.

Support Operations quality by maintaining the Quality Management System per ISO/GMP/Canadian regulations. Act as QA contact for Operations, lead validation program activities, review NCs/CAPAs, implement QMS improvements, drive GMP and good documentation practices, develop quality KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders on projects and training.
