Manage end-to-end loaner inventory: receive, track, prepare, and ship medical devices. Maintain ERP records, perform inventory counts, handle discrepancies, coordinate returns and shipments, support KPIs and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.

Lead strategy, go-to-market, launches, and lifecycle management for connected healthcare products in Canada. Partner cross-functionally (medical, commercial, engineering, clinical) to define portfolio strategy, analyze market and customer insights, set pricing/positioning, establish metrics and forecasts, and build partnerships to drive adoption and growth of Smart Care digital solutions.

Support Operations quality by maintaining the Quality Management System per ISO/GMP/Canadian regulations. Act as QA contact for Operations, lead validation program activities, review NCs/CAPAs, implement QMS improvements, drive GMP and good documentation practices, develop quality KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders on projects and training.
