Position Summary

Tipalti is looking for an innovative Account Based Marketing (ABM) Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team! You are a self-starter who leads campaign strategy and development, proactively collaborates with Sales and other Marketing functions, and independently takes ownership of their territory. You will act as a consultant to Sales leadership, using data to prioritize resources and drive pipeline velocity.

Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, Tbilisi and Medellin.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Launch 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM campaigns with hyper-personalization.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to co-create patch-specific strategies, utilizing data to be proactive in account selection and messaging.
  • Develop campaigns from scratch, which include account intelligence, developing account-specific messaging, asset creation, landing page development, and launching across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, programmatic, social, etc.).
  • Own the Intent Signal feedback loop by analyzing 3rd-party intent on 6Sense and 1:1 engagement data to pivot strategies in real-time.
  • Manage territory-specific budgets and projects independently, optimizing spend across multiple channels based on performance.
  • Leverage data across multiple platforms to develop analyses that empower teams across the business to work smarter.
  • Use predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to identify at-risk pipeline and suggest corrective ABM plays.
  • Create new content that is unique to the ABM go-to market.
  • Work in collaboration with Digital, Field, Product, Content, Creative, and Integrated Marketing teams to develop 360 campaigns, while creating ABM-specific initiatives for target accounts.
  • Take ownership of a part of the ABM tech stack and drive optimizations that contribute towards successful account-specific initiatives.
  • Track and analyze results and continually refine for optimal return on investment

About you 

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in ABM, Demand Generation, and or related experience.
  • Proven ability to translate complex intent signals and engagement data into a cohesive territory plan.
  • Experience managing relationships with Sales leadership and defending strategic choices with data.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally enterprise software and/or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience collaborating with and delivering account-specific programs to Sales.
  • Experience in orchestrating GTM tactics across multiple Sales and Marketing teams that deploy in a multitude of channels.
  • Experience in synthesizing complex data and information from multiple sources, distill it down to critical insights, and convey the message in a simple manner.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to complete projects on time.
  • Experience maximizing both Marketing (%CTR, Leads, CPA, etc.) and Sales business KPIs (Opportunities, Pipeline, Closed/Won, etc.).
  • Knowledge of marketing tools, processes, and workflows to execute ABM campaigns - CRM experience, Marketing automation, ABM software (Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Postal/Gifting Platforms, 6Sense/Demandase, LinkedIn)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience required.

Base Salary Range: $90,400- $113,000 CAD annually.

Bonus: Target bonus is 10% of base salary. Bonus entitlement is based on a combination of organizational results, individual performance, and relative contribution, as assessed by Tipalti in its sole discretion, to be formalized and communicated to you following your start date.

The compensation information, above, reflects our reasonable expectation for this role based on several factors, including current market conditions. Final compensation will be determined through individual assessment of experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-relevant factors. Actual offers may vary within or, only in exceptional circumstances, outside the stated range based on the candidate's unique qualifications and our comprehensive evaluation process.
