Your place in our story
The Market Research Analyst is a key member of the Investment team, providing in-depth research and data-driven insights on market, demographic, and economic conditions within the multi-residential rental industry. Your insights help shape investment decisions by evaluating competitors, rental trends, and product offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
Here’s how you’ll contribute
Conduct in-depth research on rental rates, incentives, demographic shifts, economic indicators, and competitive property offerings.
Analyze market conditions and translate findings into actionable insights for acquisitions and development opportunities.
Prepare clear, concise reports summarizing market intelligence and competitor activity.
Develop data-driven revenue assumptions to support investment underwriting and opportunity evaluation.
Monitor industry trends and acquisition activity across key growth markets using internal and external data sources.
Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify key market themes such as rent growth, supply trends, and demand shifts.
Contribute to acquisition and development summaries, including investment recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support shared objectives.
Support team initiatives and additional projects as needed.

A university degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Access and SAP/Yardi is a plus.
Analytical skills: Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities independently.
Sound judgment, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel and access to a vehicle.
Hiring pay range rate: 70,000 - 75,000
