The Market Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing market and competitive intelligence to support Tenstorrent's revenue and growth strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior professional to engage with industry analysts, collect and interpret data from platforms like G2, and monitor competitors to generate actionable insights for internal teams.

You will be responsible for aggregating external intelligence and presenting clear, concise reports that inform decision-making across Sales, Product, and Strategy functions. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will drive the adoption of competitive insights and ensure Tenstorrent remains at the forefront of market trends.

This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Collect and aggregate information from external platforms and industry sources.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the AI hardware and IP licensing space.
    • Create structured, easy-to-digest reports that highlight key findings and actionable insights.
  • Analyst Engagement:
    • Drive conversations with industry analysts to gather market intelligence and ensure Tenstorrent's positioning is well-represented in industry reports.
    • Build relationships with key external stakeholders to establish a steady stream of insights.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to align market intelligence with business objectives.
    • Provide regular updates and presentations to senior leaders, ensuring they have the latest competitive insights.
  • Competitor Intelligence:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Tenstorrent’s competitive landscape.
    • Aggregate and analyze competitor performance, product updates, and market strategies.
  • Reporting:
    • Build and maintain a centralized repository for market and competitive intelligence.
    • Create dashboards and visual reports to share insights with stakeholders across the company.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Passionate about AI and compute market, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Preference to have strong technical knowledge on market products but not a requirement. 
  • Strong ownership and hungry to take on new challenges and learn 
  • Can operate in ambiguous environments and deliver strong outputs 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0 -3 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data and insights effectively to diverse audiences.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
