As Entertainment Technical Manager, you will oversee all aspects of technical entertainment, including lighting, sound, video, and broadcast, ensuring that entertainment productions are held to a high standard while maintaining the safety of the entire department. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the maintenance and repair of technical equipment.

βš“ RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage all technical aspects of entertainment productions to ensure they meet high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Oversee the safety of the entire technical department, implementing measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory for technical equipment and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory levels.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to support ongoing productions and events.
  • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of technical equipment, including scheduling maintenance tasks and repairs as needed.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Schedule and supervise the technical team, including technicians and operators.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.

    • Minimum 21 years old
    • Relevant ship experience is preferred
    • Good level of English language
    • Ship experience is preferred
    • Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
