What you’ll do

The Manager, Talent Planning & Integration will support CTC’s True North strategy by driving the creation of our high-performance culture roadmap, supporting functional project and budget management, and executive stakeholder updates and integration.

Reporting to the VP, Talent, Performance, & Culture, you will work closely with the HR leadership team and enterprise stakeholders.   

Core responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and maintain the high-performance culture initiative roadmap, including key initiatives, measures and timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide executive level update material.

  • Liaise with enterprise transformation office.

  • Coordinate and support executive meetings and strategic discussions.

  • Develop and track functional project schedules, reporting and performance.

  • Establish best practices for project management within HR and lead integration and delivery of projects and programs to support HR functional goals as required.

  • Manage specific functional programs and initiatives as required.

  • Support HR budget management, monitor actuals against budgets and ensure efficient allocation of financial resources in partnership with the HR leadership team and FP&A.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in HR strategy, culture, change management, and/or project management roles.

  • Project Management certification (PMP) is considered an asset.

  • Proven experience leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional projects and managing budgets with multiple stakeholders.

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of HR functions.

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies.
