Position Summary
You will support strategic pharmacy partnerships across Canada to improve patient access and business performance. You will build trusted relationships with pharmacy chains, banners, and associations.  You will work closely with marketing, medical, market access, supply and analytics to translate strategy into clear plans. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Operations management: Manage day-to-day operational actives to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.  Manage contract negotiation, review, and execution.  Manage risk assessment and compliance processes, while maintaining accurate records for reporting.  

- Strategy Development: Execute partnership strategies for pharmacy chains, banners and key retail accounts.  Support cross-functional planning and alignment to deliver partnership goals and customer solutions.
- Strategic (B2B) Partnerships: Build and sustain strong relationships with pharmacy decision-makers to enhance patient access to GSK products.  Negotiate and manage commercial agreements & contracts with pharmacy partners.
- Insights Gathering: Identify barriers to patient access and gather industry insights to inform strategic planning.  Translate customer insights and data into local execution plans and pharmacy playbooks.  Monitor performance, report on key metrics, and recommend actions to improve results and reduce risk.

Risk Management: Execute risk management plans to ensure compliance with global/local policies, standards, and Canadian regulations.  Ensure all interactions, approvals, and materials are documented and stored appropriately, and engage with subject matter experts from relevant functions such as Medical, GAMA, Compliance, Legal, and others to ensure accurate and compliant interactions.

You will be encouraged to learn, share ideas, and take accountable steps to deliver results.  This role is hybrid and field based. You will spend time with customers and team members across your territory. Office and remote days will be agreed with your manager.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum three years commercial experience working with pharmacy groups, account management, or key account leadership.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing contracts.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Commercial and analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions.

- Strong communication, organization and project delivery skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada as required.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience with national pharmacy chains, banner groups, or wholesalers in Canada.
- Experience working in healthcare, medical or payer environments
- Experience leading cross-functional projects 
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Tech-savvy with experience utilizing AI to identify opportunities and efficiencies

In compliance with Ontario's provincial pay transparency legislation, this job posting includes a salary range to support equitable and informed hiring practices. The annual compensation for this role is CAD111,000 to CAD161,000 , determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
