Position Summary
You will lead strategic pharmacy partnerships across Canada to improve patient access and business performance. You will build trusted relationships with pharmacy chains, banners, and associations.  You will work closely with marketing, medical, market access, supply and analytics to translate strategy into clear plans. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Strategy Development: Identify, develop and execute pharmacy channel strategies to grow access, prioritization, and profitable volume.
- Strategic (B2B) Partnerships: Build and sustain strong relationships with pharmacy decision-makers to enhance patient access to GSK products.  Negotiate and manage commercial agreements & contracts with pharmacy partners.
- Insights Gathering: Identify barriers to patient access and gather industry insights to inform strategic planning.  Translate customer insights and data into local execution plans and pharmacy playbooks.  Support product launches and life-cycle activities with targeted pharmacy tactics and field enablement.  Monitor performance, report on key metrics, and recommend actions to improve results and reduce risk.

Risk Management: Develop and execute risk management plans to ensure compliance with global/local policies, standards, and Canadian regulations.  Ensure all interactions, approvals, and materials are documented and stored appropriately, and engage with subject matter experts from relevant functions such as Medical, GAMA, Compliance, Legal, and others to ensure accurate and compliant interactions.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum five years commercial experience working with pharmacy groups, account management, or key account leadership.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing contracts.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Commercial and analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada as required.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience with national pharmacy chains, banner groups, or wholesalers in Canada.
- Experience working in a large-scale pharmaceutical or healthcare company.
- A post-graduate business or health care qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian pharmacy regulations, scope of practice, reimbursement, and retail landscape.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Tech-savvy with experience utilizing AI to identify opportunities and efficiencies

- Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team

In compliance with Ontario's provincial pay transparency legislation, this job posting includes a salary range to support equitable and informed hiring practices. The annual compensation for this role is CAD129,000 to CAD179,000 , determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
