Responsibilities:
- Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate with digital marketing, product management, and data science teams; mentor junior team members.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Facilitate design thinking workshops to build omni channel marketing product strategy.
- Consulting services for clients on roadmap development and project plans for Marketing frameworks and Data Driven solutions
- Program Management for the Marketing Analytics team, overseeing the planning and implementation of various projects
- Reporting status to senior leadership on various projects, clearly articulating any challenges, roadblocks to meeting the scope, timelines and benefits
- Create visually appealing presentations and deliver to executive leadership
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms; implement A/B testing; generate insights for marketing strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends; conduct competitive analysis to support decision-making.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing strategy and program management with a focus on digital analytics.
- Experience working with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred
- Experience in designing and facilitating design thinking workshops using Mural board
- Having Pharma and/or digital marketing background is preferred
- Consulting experience is a big plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Building project plans using MS Project or Excel
- Experience with JIRA is a plus
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) good to have
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus
