What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree required (Commerce, Economics or Engineering) Masters/MBA is an asset.
  • 4+ years' experience in strategy development, market research or corporate development. Knowledge of marketing concepts.
  • 3+ years' experience developing and delivering executive presentations; proficiency with consulting-style approaches to presentation storytelling (horizontal and vertical logic).
  • 3+ years' experience in account management, customer business planning and related analytics is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian financial services industry, with a current understanding of emerging trends with Fintech, the digital economy and/or consumer-consented data.
  • Strong math skills and a working knowledge of financial analysis3+ years of people leadership experience.

  • Project management, working across functions in order to drive project to successful outcome; including tracking, monitoring and managing processes;

Impact You'll Make:
The Manager, Sales Strategy & Analysis, along with their team, supports the CRO by building, streamlining and optimizing best-in-class client-facing presentations and related material to reinforce TUC's position as the value player and thought leader in market. Internally, the candidate will drive greater insight via high quality and consistent internal sales performance reporting and analytics, optimizing revenue forecasting practices. In addition, the candidate will support the CRO in developing sales quota, compensation and sales incentive plans to maximize revenue.
Core Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating TUC value creation for clients by building, maintaining and being the owner/contact for client-facing and executive-ready material that the sales team draws on to demonstrate value creation and enhance client-facing impact and effectiveness;
  • Refining and optimizing internal sales performance reporting to ensure high quality, consistent insight to key internal partners;
  • Supporting the CRO in developing periodic and ad hoc analysis and internal reporting including strategic planning and sales management;
  • Coordinating and facilitating the annual sales quota, compensation process, embedding sales and industry best-practices; in addition, working with sales leaders to craft sales incentive programs that maximize revenue and optimize performance against strategic goals (e.g. pipeline build, revenue close, etc.);
  • Optimizing weekly, monthly, and annual sales forecasting in order to enhance revenue visibility, analysis and inform management decision making and actions;
  • Overseeing/managing a consultant in Sales Analysis, Forecasting & Business Insights to achieve the above as a player/coach.


This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
