Owns product vision, customer discovery, experimentation, user experience, API and data requirements, analytics, pricing, packaging, compliance, and rollout planning. Manages and grows technology platform and distribution partnerships across Auto, Mortgage, and Financial Services. Execute and fulfill batch jobs by transforming data and assembling required credit data sets. Partner with client teams to review technical requirements, create and run test plans, perform quality checks, implement solutions using ETL tools and Unix, and assist with Unix scripting and issue resolution in collaboration with global batch teams.

Manage procurement for indirect categories (Marketing, IT, HR, Professional Services, Facilities): lead RFx, sourcing, negotiation and contracting; control purchase orders; manage supplier relationships and KPIs; perform market analysis, reporting automation, drive cost savings and process improvements, and ensure third-party regulatory compliance.

Lead and develop the Canada Technical Product Management function, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps and delivery plans. Maintain legal files in HighQ, manage calendars and deadlines, coordinate complaint intake and consumer responses, prepare documentation and meeting materials, and support knowledge management and process improvement while handling confidential information and collaborating with Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams.

Lead global VOIE (verification of income and employment) partnerships: build and scale strategic alliances with payroll, data, and technology providers to drive partner-led revenue, expand data/product coverage, and influence product roadmaps. Negotiate deals, develop joint GTM plans, establish governance, track KPIs, and work cross-functionally to ensure scalable, compliant, and profitable partnerships, starting with Canada.

Provide post-sale test enablement and onboarding support for TransUnion consumer credit, fraud, and small business products. Interface with customers to deliver custom test data, explain testing processes, manage timelines and expectations, and coordinate with Sales, Technical Onboarding, and Client Engineering. Maintain clear communication and document ticket updates to minimize risk and build customer loyalty.

Lead development and execution of enterprise and business-unit strategies, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, build business cases and financial models, drive annual planning, align stakeholders, produce executive-ready materials, and monitor strategic initiative execution across cross-functional teams.

Lead and deliver strategic business and technology initiatives end-to-end. Define objectives, align stakeholders, manage governance, risks, issues, and change. Drive portfolio planning, continuous improvement, and adoption of data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.

The Product Lawyer provides legal counsel on product development, ensuring compliance with PIPEDA and advising on regulatory matters. They review contracts and may lead efforts on risk mitigation strategies, supporting various teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead strategy and execution of fraud analytics including ML model development, behavioral and real-time detection, KPI monitoring, client advisory, product collaboration, and R&D into emerging fraud patterns to reduce risk and deliver measurable ROI.

Operationalize and embed a modern PDLC and departmental operating model for the Canada Solutions team; implement governance and reporting, drive adoption, prepare leadership updates, align product strategies, and accelerate decision velocity and time-to-market.

Serve as Scrum Master coaching and facilitating Scrum/ART ceremonies, remove impediments, track Agile metrics, support Product Owners, drive Lean-Agile transformation, manage dependencies and reporting across teams to ensure value delivery.

Handle high-touch consumer escalations and investigations, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintain reporting and ticketing, support onboarding and training, ensure regulatory compliance and privacy (PIPEDA), and recommend process improvements to resolve complex consumer cases.
