As a Manager in our Sales/Business Development team, you will lead a dynamic group of entry-level sales professionals, guiding them towards achieving organizational goals. You will play a pivotal role in the implementation and execution of innovative sales strategies, while nurturing a collaborative environment that inspires your team to drive growth and exceed performance metrics. Your role will be instrumental in aligning daily activities with overarching business objectives, thereby contributing to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of entry-level sales professionals.
• Implement and oversee execution of sales strategies.
• Conduct training sessions to improve team performance.
• Monitor daily sales metrics and provide feedback.
• Assist in the design and development of marketing programs.
• Coordinate lead generation activities and manage sales pipelines.
• Support team in developing and closing sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with team regarding goals and progress.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Report on team performance and suggest areas of improvement.

Compensation:

$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD
This role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
