What You’ll Do
Leadership & Management:
- Provide guidance, training, and professional development for Sales Analyst team members as required.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging the use of best practices and continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and dashboards to track sales metrics, performance & data quality.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
- Perform UAT with our internal Business Intelligence team
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with sales, finance, IT, BI and HR teams to align strategies with business objectives.
- Evaluate the impact of territory management on sales performance and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
Data Management:
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of sales reporting data used in the quota setting process
- Management of configuration files required for various system
- Oversee the collection, storage, and retrieval of data from various sources, ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the reporting, analytics & data governance function.
- Implement best practices for data analysis, reporting, and visualization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify gaps in current processes and weakness that could undermine the efficiency & effectiveness of business strategy or opportunities for improvement
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
- Present findings and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Experience You’ll Bring
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in sales operations or a related field is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, VBA,).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and territory management software is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
