We are seeking a proven, strategic sales leader as a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing the client portfolio, generating revenue growth and organizational quotas. You will also be a valuable contributor to the regional sales strategy, leading implementation and driving execution to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by promoting, managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products. As a Regional Sales Manager-Canada, you will also research sales competition.

Responsibilities

  • Primary objectives are to exceed territory growth, revenue quota, organizational health and customer satisfaction
  • Help grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales, technology adoption and increase SOTI’s market share in the EMM space
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Prepare and attend the conference shows in North America
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to management
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
  • Attend sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Travel in the sales territories
  • Design and execute SOTI’s regional sales strategy

Qualifications

  • 7+ year proven record of sales experience and 3+ years of regional sales experience with a proven track record in technology sales
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team selling environment
  • Track record of over-achieving
