The Opportunity

As a Manager, Regional Marketing, you will drive growth across an assigned portfolio of dental practices by partnering with Operations teams and practice leaders to identify opportunities, improve performance, and maximize marketing effectiveness.

Serving as the primary marketing partner for your region, you will combine business insight, market intelligence, and performance data to develop practical growth strategies that support patient acquisition, retention, and overall practice success.

In This Role, You Will
  • Manage and optimize a regional portfolio of practices to achieve growth objectives.
  • Act as an internal consultant, providing expertise and recommendations on practice growth strategies to Operations leaders and practice teams.
  • Develop and implement practice-level marketing plans aligned with business priorities and local market opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities through analysis of patient behaviour, market trends, competitive activity, and performance data.
  • Support annual practice-level marketing budget planning and playbook development.
  • Monitor marketing spend across assigned portfolios and evaluate marketing effectiveness to maximize return on investment.
  • Lead marketing initiatives related to practice mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and new practice builds.
  • Partner effectively with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Real Estate, Talent, and other Support Centre teams.
What You’ll Bring
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive B2C marketing experience is required.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-location retail, franchise, or service-based organizations is considered an asset.
  • Consulting or advisory experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple priorities, budgets, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 CAD to $100,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 15% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This role is 4 days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday's work from home.
