Job Description:

Position Overview:

The Product Office Engagement Lead plays a critical role in strengthening trust with our business partners and building internal talent within Protect Product. This position is responsible for driving high-quality, consistent, and timely communication about our accomplishments, roadmaps, and recognition, while also leading key training initiatives that enable our teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

1. Building Customer Trust

  • Improve the quality and cadence of communications to Line of Business (LOB) partners, showcasing Protect Product’s achievements, roadmaps, and awards.
  • Enhance the Product & Service Catalogue tooling to provide a modern, engaging experience, including accomplishments, demo videos, and roadmap visibility.
  • Foster transparency and confidence in the value Protect delivers, reinforcing trust and justifying investment.

2. Building Protect Talent

  • Lead the Scaled Agile certification program to ensure Product Owners and related roles are equipped with agile best practices.
  • Develop and deliver Fraud Detection training, particularly for onboarding new Product Owners and Developers, enabling them to design solutions with end-user needs in mind.
  • Drive alignment between teams, improve requirement quality, and ultimately deliver better solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication:

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies for Protect Product initiatives.
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, intranet, and partner updates.
  • Maintain and enhance the Product & Service Catalogue with updated roadmaps, accomplishments, and multimedia resources.

Training & Development:

  • Design and implement the Scaled Agile certification program for Product Owners.
  • Build and deliver Fraud Detection training modules for onboarding and ongoing development.
  • Track training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and outcomes.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Partner with leadership, product teams, and LOB stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and training priorities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors or internal SMEs for content creation and delivery.
