Role Summary

We are expanding our team and are looking for an enthusiastic Manager, Pricing & Commercial Strategy to join our team. As the Manager, Pricing & Commercial Strategy, you will support the development and optimization of pricing strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability across our Marketplace and Software businesses.  

Working closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership, you will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and commercial performance to develop pricing recommendations, evaluate strategic opportunities, and inform key business decisions. You will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen to build business cases, guide cross-functional initiatives, and deliver executive-ready recommendations that support the company's pricing and growth strategy. This position reports to the Vice President, Pricing & Commercial Strategy. 

What you'll do

  • Support the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive the company's short, medium, and long-term revenue growth objectives across the Marketplace and Software businesses 
  • Develop and recommend pricing models, packaging, and commercial offers aligned to product roadmaps, customer needs, and strategic priorities, ensuring market competitiveness and profitable growth 
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and commercial performance to identify opportunities to optimize pricing, monetization, cross-sell strategies, and overall revenue performance.  
  • Lead the development of business cases, financial models, and executive-ready recommendations to evaluate pricing initiatives, commercial investments, and strategic growth opportunities, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership as required. 
  • Support the evolution of pricing governance and processes by developing pricing frameworks, improving decision-making tools, and promoting consistent pricing practices across the organization. 
  • Challenge existing commercial approaches and champion innovative pricing and monetization strategies, identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the pricing and offer portfolio.  
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to align pricing and commercial strategies with product roadmaps, go-to-market plans, and corporate objectives, while delivering regular executive reporting on commercial performance and strategic initiatives. 

What you'll need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking at a top-tier firm, or in corporate strategy or commercial strategy roles, preferably within digital, marketplace, SaaS, or other technology-driven businesses. 
  • Analytical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis, structured problem-solving, and development of executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations. 
  • Data & Insights: Experience working with large datasets and applying analytical frameworks to generate actionable commercial insights. 
  • Analytics Platforms: Experience using business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support data-driven analysis and reporting.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights. 
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders. 
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence decision-making, and build trusted relationships across teams. 
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, applying structured problem-solving, and driving analyses from hypothesis through recommendation.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is 110K-120K.
