The Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), Technology, Innovation & Data (TID) is a hands-on delivery enablement leader responsible for improving execution, transparency, governance, reporting, and decision support across the TID organization. Working across all TID domains, this role establishes and manages PMO standards, portfolio reporting processes, delivery assurance practices, governance administration, and project management tools that enable teams to work more effectively and leadership to make informed decisions. The Manager PMO actively partners with delivery teams to drive consistent planning, execution, tracking, and reporting practices that improve collaboration, accountability, predictability, and delivery outcomes. The role is focused on enabling the organization rather than enforcing process, ensuring portfolio and project information provides meaningful visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, strategic initiatives, and organizational performance.

The role serves as the owner and administrator of the TID project management ecosystem, including Monday.com and supporting integrations across Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Power BI, while championing AI-enabled delivery capabilities. Through strong partnership with delivery teams and leadership, the Manager PMO drives tool adoption, reporting discipline, delivery assurance, governance execution, and portfolio transparency. The Manager also supports TID governance, KPI reporting, quarterly business reviews, legal intake coordination, and operationalization of AI-enabled ways of working through automation, Copilot, intelligent workflows, and portfolio analytics. As a leader within the TID PMO Centre of Excellence, the role continuously evolves PMO standards, governance practices, reporting capabilities, and delivery methodologies to help TID scale effectively while maximizing value for leaders, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Project Management Tools Administration, Standards & Adoption

  • Serve as owner and administrator of the Four Seasons TID project management ecosystem (primarily Monday.com), overseeing configuration, governance, optimization, integrations, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain PMO standards, workflows, templates, automations, dashboards, permissions, and reporting structures that support consistent delivery practices.
  • Partner with delivery teams to drive adoption of project management tools, common ways of working, and portfolio visibility through training, onboarding, coaching, and support.
  • Maintain platform data integrity, governance controls, reporting quality, and operational effectiveness across the project management ecosystem.
  • Identify and operationalize AI, Copilot, automation, and agentic capabilities that improve productivity, governance, reporting, and delivery outcomes.
  • Monitor platform usage, adoption, and effectiveness metrics and implement enhancements that maximize organizational value and user experience.

Portfolio Reporting, Delivery Assurance & Performance Visibility

  • Accountable for portfolio reporting, dashboard administration, KPI reporting, portfolio data quality, and reporting standards across TID.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and analytics that provide visibility into project health, resources, risks, dependencies, timelines, and performance.
  • Produce executive reporting, QBR materials, portfolio summaries, KPI reporting, and decision-support insights aligned to strategic initiatives, governance objectives, and OKRs.
  • Leverage analytics and AI-enabled insights to identify delivery trends, reporting anomalies, resource constraints, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct delivery assurance activities including project reviews, health assessments, lessons learned, corrective action tracking, and reporting compliance.
  • Consolidate portfolio information across programs and delivery teams to provide enterprise-level visibility, performance reporting, and knowledge management assets including standards, templates, playbooks, and best practices.

PMO Centre of Excellence (CoE): Governance, Legal Coordination & Delivery Enablement

  • Provide operational leadership and coordination for the TID PMO Council, governance forums, leadership reviews, QBRs, escalations, and portfolio oversight activities.
  • Maintain and continuously improve PMO methodologies, delivery frameworks, governance processes, lifecycle standards, templates, operating procedures, and controls across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Administer governance processes, RAID management, action tracking, reporting requirements, KPI/OKR frameworks, portfolio reviews, and organizational maturity initiatives established by TID leadership.
  • Coordinate TID legal intake, prioritization workflows, status tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure visibility and timely progression of legal requests.
  • Lead adoption and operationalization of AI-enabled delivery practices aligned with TID governance, AI strategy, and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Enterprise Architecture, Agile, DevOps, Finance, Legal, and other Centres of Excellence to harmonize practices, improve delivery effectiveness, and support cross-functional execution.

Core Competencies / Skills

  • Deep understanding of project, program, portfolio management, governance, and delivery assurance principles.
  • Strong expertise in PMO operations, standards development, portfolio reporting, project management tools, and governance administration.
  • Proven experience building, operating, or scaling a PMO or Centre of Excellence.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in KPI reporting, portfolio analytics, dashboard development, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and related project and portfolio management tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft Copilot, workflow automation, knowledge management, and emerging agentic operating models.
  • Experience coordinating governance processes, executive reporting, legal intake workflows, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, PMO operations, portfolio management, delivery management, or governance functions.
  • Experience establishing or administering PMO frameworks, reporting functions, governance models, delivery assurance practices, and project methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing executive reporting, portfolio dashboards, KPI reporting, project management technologies, and organizational reporting processes.
  • Experience leveraging AI, Copilot, workflow automation, analytics, or agentic capabilities to improve delivery effectiveness, governance, reporting quality, or productivity.
  • Experience administering Monday.com, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar portfolio management platforms.
  • Strong data literacy, analytical capability, and executive communication skills.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

SALARY: $125,000 - $135,000 CAD

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week at our temporary 20 York Mills Road, Toronto, Ontario location with travel, as needed, to our the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
