  • Build strong partnerships across Operational Risk, Technology, Cyber, Third-Party Risk Management, and Business Group teams to promote integrated resilience outcomes.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage data, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance resilience assessments, reporting, monitoring, and decision-making.
  • Promote continuous improvement and simplification of resilience processes and capabilities across the enterprise.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in Operational Resilience, Operational Risk, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Technology Resilience, Third-Party Risk Management, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
