About the Role

The B2B Finance team is looking for a Manager, Finance. This role will directly support, budget, and forecast revenue for our B2B business units. You will proactively work with business partners to help identify sales and revenue opportunities that will enable the business to achieve its financial goals. You will also aid business partners in assessing the financial impact of their recommendations/decisions by regularly developing, analyzing and presenting business case models. Additionally, you will have one direct report that you will manage, develop and coach with the aim of delivering our team and business objectives. You will be based in the New York, New York office and will report to the Senior Finance Director.

You Will:

  • Work closely with business partners to review and prepare comprehensive budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and prepare detailed sales and revenue forecasts.
  • Develop and analyze revenue sensitivity scenarios to anticipate potential impacts on business performance.
  • Maintain routine financial performance reports and conduct variance and trending analyses to monitor and explain performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Construct business case models to assess the financial implications of various business decisions.
  • Assist in the collection and reporting of sales and revenue KPIs.
  • Manage month-end close processes with a primary focus on revenue.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and projects as needed to meet financial or business demands.
  • Collaborate with FP&A colleagues to share best practices and ensure cohesive team operation.

You Have:

  • Strong accounting and analytical skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (preferred).
  • Relevant Commercial Finance experience of 6-7 years.
  • High degree of proficiency in PC skills including experience with financial applications and reporting tools, specifically Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions) and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Planning and organizational skills including effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates initiative and drive and works well under pressure including being a team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience maintaining accounting records and preparation of financial reports.
  • Ability to recognize problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions and define/suggest resolutions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of business partners.
  • Strong eye for detail and detail oriented work practices.
  • SAP and TM1 financial systems experience (highly preferred).

Pay Range: $107,622 - $135,000
